How often will you check my property?
Home Watch includes one inspection per month. Home Care includes two. With Private Concierge, we agree on a custom inspection schedule for your property.
What will I receive after an inspection?
You receive a digital report with photos, checklist results and any open issues, so you can see your property’s condition from wherever you are.
What happens if you find a problem?
We notify you of any issues we find and coordinate trusted local professionals with your approval.
Do you rent out or manage holiday rentals?
No. Our service is designed for second-home owners who use their property themselves. We look after your home while you’re away.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Rijeka, Opatija, Ičići, Lovran, Mošćenička Draga and the island of Krk. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your property is within our service area.
Can you help before I arrive?
Home Care includes a pre-arrival check. Private Concierge can also include pre-arrival preparation and coordination of cleaning, garden or pool care.
